Other, more customary items will be featured such as Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads, homemade soups and warm comfort foods with twists on your classic home cooked meals. Trotter’s aims to bring the visual, auditory and overall sensory experience of classic horse racing culture by including inspired favorites from famous races, such as the Kentucky Derby, The Belmont Stakes and Preakness as well as classic harness racing culture.
